I’ve worked at over 60 weddings, setting up chairs, arches, decor, and tablescapes, serving food, bartending, and running the show. My mind stays alert juggling hundreds of details, but a bride once described me as “so chill.” One time, I noticed a napkin on fire during the hora and put it out with a glass of water. Another time, I found a groom’s ring on a sidewalk after it must’ve fallen out of his pocket.

Hosting a huge party that took months of planning is no small undertaking— let me oversee the details so you can exhale and enjoy the day you’ve dreamed of.

What’s Included

  • 1 meeting 3-4 weeks before event to review all details

  • Additional meeting upon request / if needed

  • Unlimited text & email communication with you leading up to the event

  • Email communication with all vendors 1 week before the event

  • Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination, including:

    • Overseeing vendors, timeline details & logistics

    • General decor set-up, take-down & pack-up

    • Flipping decor from ceremony to reception

  • Use of emergency event kit

  • Distribution of final vendor payments & gratuities, as applicable

  • Peace of mind, so you can enjoy the day!
